The Women and Open teams are training separately through the winter.  Use the contact forms to find out details!

All players who aim to play Ultimate at a high level, are welcome at training. Please contact the coaches and they will send you important information.

Please note: the open team holds tryouts. If you missed them, get in touch an we will work something out.
